From the Inland Empire, for the Inland Empire.

Belen Gomez grew up in Riverside County and has spent her entire legal career serving the community she knows best. She launched her practice in 2014 with a single focus: helping immigrant families navigate a complex and often intimidating system with clarity and confidence.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, she conducts every consultation in the client's language — not through an interpreter, but directly. That directness shapes everything about how the practice operates.

"Immigration law is not just about forms and filings. It is about people making the most consequential decisions of their lives. I take that seriously."
— Belen Gomez

A full-service practice for mixed-status families.

In 2019, Belen expanded her practice to include estate planning — a natural extension of her immigration work. Mixed-status families face unique challenges when planning for the future, and she believes every family deserves clear, coordinated guidance across both areas.

Whether she is preparing a family-based petition, defending a client in removal proceedings, or drafting a trust for a family with complex circumstances, her approach is the same: thorough preparation, honest communication, and a focus on results.

Language & community

Conversations in the language that matters most: yours.

Belen conducts all consultations and case meetings in English or Spanish — directly, without intermediaries. Many clients come from communities where legal language is a barrier in itself. Her practice removes that barrier.

She is an active participant in Riverside County's immigrant-serving nonprofit network and regularly speaks at community events on immigration rights and estate planning for families.
